"The how thinker gets problems solved effectively because they waste no time with futile ifs."
-------Norman Vincent Peale-------
We can usually come up with a lot of reasons for not attempting to solve a particular problem. The solution will cost too much, not everyone is one board with it, just let it stew and do nothing.
In the meantime someone else is taking action. Maybe this action will solve the problem, maybe not. But we can never solve any problem unless we try.
Being a chaplain, accountable to a power higher than myself, and a disable Vietnam combat veteran for my country the United States of America, realizing while its important to consider the potential consequences of any action, I can't let the if's paralyze me into inaction.
The idea that human beings can improve, individually and globally, cheers me and motivates my inner spirit.
